Paayo Return & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, used products cannot be returned.
Process for Returns
- To initiate a return, please email us at info@paayosolutions.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 2-3 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
